Don’t miss the Bahia Palace, with its stunning Islamic architecture, or the iconic Koutoubia Mosque. As evening falls, head to Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where snake charmers and street performers create an unforgettable atmosphere. Pro tip: Stay in a traditional riad to experience authentic Moroccan hospitality.

Day 2: Marrakech to Ouarzazate – Journey Through the Atlas Mountains

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the breathtaking Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its appearance in Hollywood films. Continue to Ouarzazate, known as Morocco’s “Hollywood,” where you can tour Atlas Film Studios. This route perfectly blends natural beauty with cinematic history.

Day 3: Ouarzazate to Dades Valley – Discover Stunning Canyons

Next, venture deeper into Morocco’s dramatic landscapes as you head to Todgha Gorge. Here, towering 300-meter cliffs create a photographer’s paradise. After exploring the gorge, wind through the scenic Dades Valley, often called the “Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs.” Spend the night in a traditional kasbah hotel, surrounded by stunning rock formations.

Day 4: Dades Valley to Merzouga – Enter the Sahara Desert

Today marks the highlight of your trip as you journey toward the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. En route, stop in Erfoud to explore its fascinating fossil workshops. Upon reaching Merzouga, trade your vehicle for a camel and ride into the sunset across the undulating dunes. Spend your first night in a luxury desert camp, complete with traditional Berber music and stargazing.

Day 5: Merzouga Exploration – Full Desert Immersion (7 days Morocco Desert)

Wake early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the dunes before enjoying a day of desert adventures. Try sandboarding down the steep slopes of Erg Chebbi or visit a nomadic Berber family to learn about their traditions. In the afternoon, take a 4×4 excursion to discover hidden oases before returning to camp for another magical night under the stars.

Day 6: Merzouga to Agdz – Journey Through the Draa Valley

Bid farewell to the Sahara as you travel to Rissani, home to one of Morocco’s most authentic markets. Then, continue through the lush Draa Valley, where endless palm groves create a striking contrast to the surrounding desert. Arrive in peaceful Agdz, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.

Day 7: Agdz to Marrakech – Return to the Red City (7 days Morocco Desert)

On your final day, retrace your route through the Atlas Mountains, stopping at scenic viewpoints along the way.
