Visit a local market to choose fresh meat (chicken, lamb, or beef) or vegetables
Learn to balance spices like ras el hanout, cumin, turmeric, and saffron
Prepare and cook a traditional tagine – options include:

Couscous is the national dish of Morocco, traditionally served every Friday for family lunch. This class focuses on the art of steaming light, fluffy couscous and pairing it with a rich stew.

Berber pizza (known locally as m’semen or madfouna) comes from Morocco’s Sahara and Atlas Mountain regions. It’s a stuffed, oven-baked flatbread – hearty, flavorful, and completely unique.
In this fun, hands-on class, guests will:
Make the dough from scratch (whole wheat or white flour)
Stuff it with spiced ground meat or vegetables, onions, peppers, and cheese
Seal and bake it in a traditional wood-fired oven or clay tannour
Serve it with a side of Moroccan salad and amlou (argan nut butter)
